Healthy! Zucchini noodle with Meatballs

Zucchini makes the best noodle substitute for pasta. If you can enjoy meatballs in tomato sauce with zucchini instead of pasta, you are not only reducing carbohydrate intake but also increasing fiber intake! It won’t give you the feeling of over-fullness and heavy stomach after a meal. It only makes you feel good that you are making a healthier choice!

4 medium zucchini (use the smallest holes blade for thin noodles)

Homemade meatballs in tomato sauce

Prepare tomato sauce with meatballs in a sauce pan. Warm up zucchini noodle in microwave for 3 to 5 minutes (according to your preference). Serve sauce and meatballs on top of warm zucchini noodle. Enjoy!
