You can experiment with any roots vegetables to make chips. Be sure to watch closely when you put them in the oven, because they are so thin and easily get burned. This tasty chips make great snack for kids!
Roots vegetables (potato, beet, sweet potato, rutabaga…)
Preheat oven to 375F. Spiralize any root vegetables and place them on parchment paper on the baking pan. Sprinkle olive oil and sea salt and bake in the oven for 10-15 minuets or until vegetables become crispy.
