This easy recipe is the same as spinach dip but simply healthier (with probiotic yogurt instead of sour cream), more nutrients (twice more iron than spinach), and economical (dandelions from the back yard).
- 1 cup probiotic plain yogurt
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup cooked dandelion greens (it was a large bowl full of uncooked dandelion greens)
- 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate over night.
