One day at work, a girl I work with, Eliza, had a water bottle full of fresh fruits. According to her, drinking naturally flavored water can “trick” her mind so that she feels like she had food. - Apple- Apples can help to increase beneficial bacteria in the large intestine.
- Cucumber- Cucumbers contain high fiber and water which can promote healthy bowel movements.

- Orange- Oranges help relieve constipation and prevent cancer.

So, I tried 3 days with different combinations. I cut ingredients the night before and put them in a large glass jug with filtered and alkalized water (see my blog “What Healthy Drinking Water Is “) . Leave in a fridge overnight to let natural flavor and nutrients release into the water.
Day1. Lemon only – it was really refreshing and everyone liked it. Very simple but tasty.
Day 2. Lemon and Cucumber – it was different! I thought lemon can lessen cucumber taste but I could still taste cucumber. It was refreshing regardless.
Day 3. Lemon and Ginger – it was the best! I could taste a little bite of ginger. Mixing with lemon makes it easier to drink.
I like infused water, because it is: 1. Easy to make, 2. Hydrates with ease (drinking regular water can be boring), 3. Has enormous health benefits.
